Black Monday

as a real road races fan when there is a fatality it is shocking and sad but for some selfish reason i can put it at the back of my mind and convince myself that the racers make the choice and would not have it any other way and the show must go on ,but when i opened the computer this evening and read about the death of young Wayne Hamilton who died today in the junior race at the Manx only two days previously had won the newcomers race this death of a twenty year old young man is too sad and shocking and sickening,RIP young Wayne and my thoughts are with your family .I borrowed this pic of Wayne from Baylons site Irishracephotography,

a sad day indeed Ed, the roads are just so unforgiving, i've been watching the british superbikes from cadwell all afternoon and another young man, ben gautrey also lost his life today in the superstock 600 race, it's a cruel sport sometimes mate....
